When I checked into this hotel, the first thing that hit me was the strong smell of mildew as I entered the room. It looked like they hadn't dusted in months, and everything felt outdated and a bit gross. However, the location was convenient, right across from the Starline Ferry, and close to various restaurants. The service was lacking, with staff being inattentive and even chatting with personal friends on the phone instead of acknowledging waiting guests. The dining options were limited, with processed gravy that left much to be desired. Overall, the value for money was questionable considering the issues with cleanliness and service.

The hotel was supposed to be ready at 3 which was quite inconvenient, and it did not look like the pictures. On a positive note, it was nice to have the conference room opened for us by the helpful staff. However, there were instances of rude service during our stay.
